What you are going to do.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining a variety of spaces and objects: offices, apartment complexes, post-construction projects, private residences, schools, car showrooms, factories, shops, and hotels.
- Standard cleaning tasks such as:
- Emptying trash bins.
- Loading dishwashers and tidying up.
- Dusting and wiping down decorations and furniture.
- Cleaning kitchens and removing cobwebs.
- Cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and taking out containers (if necessary).
- Additional tasks may include:
- Sweeping pavements, cleaning low-level windows, cleaning elevators, changing bed linens, washing textiles, post-construction cleaning, and specialized tasks.
- Proper use and disposal of cleaning materials and reporting when supplies are running low.
- Communicating with clients through a logbook, for example, noting items that need to be ordered or reminding them about taking out containers.
- Gaining knowledge and experience with a wide range of cleaning materials and equipment, particularly for specialized cleaning tasks.
- Attending training (subsidized by FlexCleaners) to help you obtain cleaning certifications like RAS and/or SVS.

You are:
- Physically fit and able to bend and move as needed.
- In possession of Dutch or European identification.

- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to work at various locations in Breda, ranging from private residences to offices and hotels.
- Highly responsible and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Dutch or English.
- Able to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or willing to obtain one.
