Two weeks ago, we held our annual TPS Get Together, and this year we decided to add a bit of speed, adrenaline and friendly competition to the mix. So we headed to Den Haag for an unforgettable afternoon of go-karting, where we organized our very own TPS Grand Prix.
From the moment we arrived, the energy was high. Helmets on, engines roaring, and the track lights glowing, everyone was ready to give it their all. Some colleagues discovered hidden racing talents, others focused on having fun (or staying on the track!), but in the end the only thing that truly mattered was the great atmosphere we shared.
A Year Worth Celebrating
Before the races began, Paul, our CEO, shared a few inspiring words about the year behind us. 2025 was a strong and meaningful year for TPS.
We learned how to truly differentiate ourselves in the market - not just by what we do, but by how we do it. We strengthened our relationships with clients and candidates, built trust, and showed what it means to be committed and people-focused. We grew in skill, in collaboration, and in drive, all while staying close to the individuals who make TPS what it is.
More Than a Party
Our TPS Get Together is never just a party. It’s a moment to connect, celebrate achievements, appreciate each other, and recharge as a team. Whether we’re having deep discussions, sharing laughs, or racing wheel-to-wheel on a karting track, these moments strengthen the bond we carry into our work every day.
